Once the initial design and development of your web site is completed, regular maintenance and applications to enhance your marketing and development potential may be necessary. Although the appropriate amount of maintenance time needed is relative to the size and complexity of your site, along with budget constraints, maintenance and upgrading services should include:

  • Revising text, images and design.
  • Consultation on content development and marketing strategies.
  • Periodic review of web site's status on key search engines, and that the site is functioning as designed.
  • Adding additional pages and applications.
  • Establishing link exchanges with other web sites.
It is recommended that the client budgets no less than ten hours per month to maintaining the current, basic, functionality of their site. In addition to basic maintenance, it is recommended that the client consider budgeting an additional ten hours per month for development of additional pages and applications, and to employ marketing techniques.
